Doug Kennedy, O.D.
Dr. Kennedy is a Colorado native and grew up in nearby Broomfield. He has been practicing optometry in Boulder County since 1995. Dr. Kennedy graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in biology. He then attended Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon and graduated with distinction in 1995. He is certified in the co-management of laser refractive surgery including LASIK and PRK. Dr. Kennedy specializes in contact lens fitting including contact lenses for astigmatism, bifocal contact lenses, keratoconic lenses and dry eye patients. He also provides general eye care and diagnosis and treatment of eye disease. He is a member in good standing of the Colorado and American Optometric Associations.
Sarah Rohr, O.D.
Dr. Rohr graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Biology and received her Doctorate in Optometry in 2017 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Following optometry school, Dr. Rohr remained in Memphis to provide eye care to children in need in the public schools throughout the city. While in this role, Dr. Rohr was able to work with families and teachers to see firsthand how vision affected student’s learning and behavior. Additionally, she trained at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Her special interests include pediatric exams, contact lenses and dry eye syndrome. She also provides general vision exams and enjoys caring for patients of all ages. In her free time Dr. Rohr enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with her family, friends and golden retriever, Winston.
Veda Smith, O.D.
Dr. Smith grew up in Broomfield, Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in integrative physiology. She also attended Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry and graduated with a distinction in clinical excellence with an emphasis in pediatrics and vision therapy. She enjoys providing comprehensive eye exams to her local Erie community and patients of all ages. She has a special interest in providing unique vision solutions to her patient’s specific needs allowing them to be successful in all aspects of their lives. In her free time, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, going to restaurants, reading a good book, spending time in the Colorado sunshine, coaching dance at a local high school, or floating on any body of water.
